00:31 Even though she is a senior citizen, she was able to wake up early and walk to school by herself.
00:37 She was hoping to receive assistance from the government through the new Philippine Service Fair.
00:44 And it came true because she became a beneficiary of the Tupad Program of the Department of Labor and Employment.
00:50 We are happy to receive all the assistance. Even though we are not yet a homeless, we want to receive it.

02:25 We all in the Congress want to join you to witness this beautiful program of the new Philippine Caravan Service.
