Dudhi Ki Sabji - a quick and simple sabzi that is made in every house. Today we at Indi Kitchen, are going to share a dudhi recipe without onion, garlic, and tomato yet delicious and nutritious. I have made this in a cooker but you can make it a pot also but will consume a lot of time.
Dudhi has made benefits - it is good for weight loss, reduces stress, good for digestion. Gram dal is rich in proteins, loaded with fiber helps to reduce blood sugar, cholesterol and is good for the heart and bones. so, I have combined both together and prepared this dudhi chana recipe (can also call Lauki chana dal recipe) with simple spices available at home. This bhaji can be severed with rice and moong dal khichdi or roti, chapati, or bhakri compliment with a bowl of curd or raita and papad.
