As for COVID-19, President Moon says swift tracking and testing has greatly reduced the risk of the disease spreading more widely.
On social media today,... Moon pointed out that the daily number of new cases domestically has fallen to single digits for two days in a row.
There had been concerns of another mass outbreak from recent infections at several nightclubs in Seoul.
Moon highlighted South Korea's excellent quarantine system and also thanked the people for their cooperation in wearing masks and practicing social distancing.
However, Moon cautioned that situations like the Itaewon cluster could happen again before the virus is eliminated completely.
