Brazil's COVID-19 cases surge past Spain, Italy; first death in Nepal

Some 4-point-7 million people around the world have now been confirmed infected with the novel coronavirus... and more than 312-thousand have died.
On Sunday, the U.S. reported more than 25-thousand new cases and over 15-hundred deaths, raising its death toll to more than 88-thousand.
Confirmed cases surged in Brazil by almost 15-thousand, over 9-thousand in Russia, and over 4-thousand in India and Peru.
Brazil's confirmed cases rose past those of Spain and Italy on Saturday, making Brazil's outbreak the fourth largest in the world.
Italy on Saturday reported 153 deaths, the lowest in the past two months.
Nepal has reported its first COVID-19 death.
