XBEE S1 - Control I/O of Remote XBEE by sending AT commands within API

This video describes how to toggle an I/O pin of a remote S1 XBEE by sending AT commands from a Base XBEE using API mode.
The Base XBEE is API enabled & the remote XBEE's DIO 1 (pin 19) is initially enabled Low.Frame type of 0x17 is used to send AT command within API frame and the remote LED is switched ON or OFF.
