This video describes how to use a 3G Dongle (Datacard) with certain models of DVR.These DVRs are Cloud Enabled & requires a 3G Dongle like that of HUAWEI 303 which is cloud enabled. No need of landline Internet connection.Place a SIM card with data plan on to the 3G Dongle & plug in to DVR. In the settings of DVR set the dial to column to *99# The Cameras connected to the DVR can be watched over Internet from a remote PC by opening the Internet Explorer & log in as Device in the website www.dvrcenter.net or www.xmeye.net
