Pastor Calls Shen Yun "The Most Beautiful"

Shen Yun Performing Arts is now performing at the Lincoln Center in New York. Pastor Kem Monk was among the audience who saw Shen Yun on Friday night. She says the show was the most beautiful she has ever seen.
Pastor Kem Monk saw Shen Yun at the Lincoln Center on Friday night. She traveled from Harmony Hill Parish in Stillwater, New Jersey to Manhattan specifically to see Shen Yun.
[Kem Monk, Pastor]:
‘It was the most beautiful thing I have ever seen. But beyond the beauty, and you can’t go beyond the beauty because it was so magnificent, was the spirituality…Truth, compassion and tolerance is from God and is divine. It was just wonderful.”
She was impressed by the way the performers came on stage, in one of the dances.
[Kem Monk, Pastor]:
“I loved every single one and I love the way they came out of heaven and appeared on the stage. It was so realistic. It was like they really were coming down from the clouds.”
The Reverend was struck by the finale dance, “The Opening of Heaven’s Gates.”
[Kem Monk, Pastor]:
“I had some bad news this morning, so this just made me cry and made me feel the gates of heaven were open.”
She says it’s important for people in China to be able to worship and believe in God.
[Kem Monk, Pastor]:
“Oh, it was magnificent. It’s open to everybody, throughout time. And I think that if we would all believe that and know that in each person we are created in the image of God, we wouldn’t be at war and people in China would be able to worship and believe, as they want. It’s very important.”
