The Mission of the Willie Ross Foundation is to enhance the quality of life for non-verbal, deaf, and developmentally disabled adults. We encourage these individuals to be as independent as possible by teaching them how to communicate, make choices, express needs appropriately, be safe in the community, and develop job skills.
