Some of Denmark’s jobless have been taking window shifts, displaying themselves for the public and hoping one among the passing masses has work to give.

The idea was hatched by Denmark advertising agency Reputation, and the windows they’re populating are their own.

Located at ground level on a busy shopping street, the much gazed at spaces have been home to numerous attention grabbing exhibits.

The event was organized in cooperation with The Danish Union for economists and lawyers.

Seekers lucky enough to secure the prime space can present themselves in a number of ways. There is, of course, their physical presence, but media-linked QR codes, banners, and an open invitation extended to on the spot interviewers allow myriad ways for potential employers to get to know them better.

Participant responses have been mixed – but 3 hopefuls did find employment within a couple of days.
