Justin Bieber is sued for copyright infringement.

Justin Bieber is constantly in the media spotlight. Recently, it was reported that the pop star is at the center of a $10 million lawsuit for copyright infringement.

Bieber’s song ‘Somebody to Love’ which was released in 2010 is the piece in question. Singer Devin Copeland and Mareio Overton are saying that they both were responsible for originally creating the track.

The plaintiffs claim their song had not only the same title as Bieber’s but a similar beat, lyrics and chords. They state “There is essentially a zero probability for the number of points of congruence between the two versions of Somebody to Love.”

Recently Kanye West got sued by the family of a man named David Pryor. West's hit single from 2005 titled "Gold Digger" has the hook line of "get down girl, go 'head, get down".

The family alleges that the signature chorus was taken from Pryor's 1974 song "Bumpin' Bus Stop" by his band "Thunder & Lightning".
