Ingredients: (For four people) 2 halves chicken breast (boneless and skinless) 4 tablespoons low-sodium light Soya sauce 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour 3 tablespoons any honey 3 tablespoons chopped almonds Cooking spray
Preparation: Pre-heat oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit Place Soya sauce in wide and shallow pan Add the chicken breasts and turn them over a few times in the sauce Drain Soya sauce Place the chicken in a pan with the all-purpose flour Turn the chicken over a few times in the flour to coat them Spread honey onto the chicken with a small brush Sprinkle the chopped almonds onto the chicken, coating them Spray parchment paper with cooking spray Place the chicken on a baking tray lined with the parchment paper Just before placing tray into oven lightly spray the top of chicken with cooking spray Bake for 35 minutes When done, slice the chicken and serve hot
