Andrew Bayer is an American DJ/Producer from Washington, DC.He experiments with genres from trance, progressive house, to electronica, IDM. He has a unique & very sophisticated sound best being described as eclectic, cinematic & emotional.
Having first joined the label at the age of 18 as one half of the Signalrunners, Andrew broke out as a solo artist on Anjunadeep, with the likes of "To The Six" (alongside regular collaborator Boom Jinx) and the more club orientated "The Taxi Driver".
In 2011 he released his critically acclaimed debut artist album "It's Artificial" on Anjunabeats. Drawing from an array of musical influences, the album was described by global dance bible Mixmag as "an incredible album of sophisticated electronica".
This month now sees the release of his highly anticipated second LP, "If It Were You, We'd Never Leave". A personal and emotive electronica project, "If It Were You, We'd Never Leave" has already been named by Mojo Magazine as "electronica album of the month", with radio support from BBC Radio 1's Zane Lowe and Tom Ravenscroft and Giles Peterson on 6 Music.
