Two men are facing a murder hearing for allegedly killing their friend over beer.

It’s unthinkable what some people will kill over.

Two men in Darwin, Australia, 41-year-old Gregory Channing and 40-year-old Gary Miles are facing a court hearing.

According to the prosecutors, the pair warned a friend, Paul Stamp, not to drink any of their alcohol. But the victim didn’t listen and took one of their beers.

It is alleged that the two males then assaulted him over the simple beer incident.

They originally planned to drive the victim to a remote location, leaving him to find his way home. But when they ran out of fuel en-route, they reportedly decided to burn the car, with Stamp still alive in the trunk.

The body of Stamp was discovered in the trunk of the burned vehicle.

Recently, a man convicted of manslaughter after killing his roommate was sentenced to 3-years in prison. While the court heard conflicting stories, it was alleged that 48-year-old Bill Tubrett choked Jamie Vickers to death because he was confronted by the victim, who was upset about their kitchen, which contained a mess of gravy splatter.
