Former Vice Mayor’s "Masturbating While Driving" Trial

Three women testified last week in the trial of former Mount Carmel, Tennessee Vice-Mayor William Blakely, who is charged with exposing himself to multiple women while driving over the course of years. Police say Blakely repeatedly harassed women while driving, even going so far as to hang his genitals out the car window while driving at speeds in excess of 90 miles per hour.
