Here comes this story on a Noir based area.. Where Shortsville arrives into a Chinatown New York based area where he is about to stop some crimes and bring those lawbreakers downtown in the murky areas where everything is black and white to justice, where he goes he brings his wife Libelle with him as she joins him in the cold area of the town and start taking them down as she brings her sidekick and family friend Ziemia as he is a vigilante as he will be breaking the law doing the right thing by breaking the enemies faces.
As now its all up to Shortsville, Libelle and Ziemia to team up and now go through the town of crime to take down whoever's behind this.
