From the shooter: Basically the video itself is about a horse which was meant to be tamed during a folkloric event that we call "Rodeo" in Chile. The rider lost control on the horse, and it started jumping around destroying the protection fence of the exhibition site, and injuring six people that were watching the show. The horse was captured by the police, and one woman had to go to the hospital due to a contusion. Nevertheless everyone is OK right now.
