Attorney General Eric Holder sent a letter to U.S. Senator Rand Paul, Thursday, saying the President does not have the authority to use a weaponized drown to kill an American not engaged in combat. Senator Paul had a nearly thirteen hour filibuster on the floor of the Senate, Wednesday night, holding up the nomination of John Brennan to be the next CIA Director. Senator Paul said he had requested a written clarification, regarding drones, from the White House, but never got it. Reacting to the Attorney General's letter, Senator Paul responded, "Hooray!"
