CGR Undertow - FREESTYLE STREET SOCCER review for Nintendo GameCube
  • 11 years ago
Freestyle Street Soccer review. Classic Game Room presents a CGR Undertow review of Freestyle Street Soccer for Gamecube developed by Silicon Dreams and published by Acclaim. I never knew that street soccer was so edgy. Freestyle Street Soccer shows that arguments are settled in the streets, with a game of football. The player selects from one of the many different teams, all are made up and all have a certain level of swag. The different game modes mostly focus on defeating teams and earning their turf. Winning games will also earn you experience points that can be used to upgrade your team. One thing the game does well is the controls. They are very easy to learn and not complicated, allowing you to pull off very impressive moves with relative ease. Football is played everywhere, and Freestyle Street Soccer says that when it is played in the streets, it comes with more edge and swag. This video review features video gameplay footage of Freestyle Street Soccer for Gamecube and audio commentary from Classic Game Room's Ryan.
