Arab leaders meeting in Doha have agreed to provide the Palestinian Authority with a multi- million dollar safety net.
The money will help President Mahmoud Abbas's government pay its bills since Israel stopped handing over customs duties after the United Nations upgraded the Palestinians' status to that of "non-member observer state".
