00:00Spain is facing a fresh wave of extreme weather as Storm Oriana hits the Iberian Peninsula
00:05following the deadly path of Storm Nils.
00:08A maximum red alert has been issued for the eastern province of Castellón with authorities
00:13warning of hurricane force, winds and flooding.
00:18The previous Storm Nils has already claimed three lives across Spain and France, leaving
00:22behind a collapsed infrastructure and flooded municipalities.
00:28In Portugal, a viaduct partially collapsed on the main A1 motorway between Lisbon and Porto

00:38Meanwhile, in southwest France, flood alerts remain active along the Garon River as water

00:48Emergency services warn that Oriana's winds could uproot trees and cut power to thousands
