According to reports, the building located at 432 Park Avenue, will be around 1,397 feet tall and will be the tallest apartment building in the city upon its completion in 2015. A six bedroom penthouse will be located on the 95th floor, which currently shows a listing price of 82.55 million dollars. The Park Avenue tower will be the most expensive residential location in New York City as an estimated 2.43 billion dollars will be paid for the 147 condominiums. Renderings show 122 one to six bedroom units and 25 studios. Asking price will start at 5 million dollars for a one bedroom apartment.
432 Park Avenue may become the tallest residential building in NYC, but will still pale in comparison to the Kingdom Tower in Saudi Arabia. Upon its expected completion in 2017, it will have an approximate height of 3,280 feet, making it the tallest building in the world. With a budget of nearly $1.2 billion, the tower will have more than 160 floors, including apartments, office space, and condos.
