Brothers Ernie & Brian Williams operate the Stanley Lobster Company just outside the Town of Yarmouth, Nova Scotia. A seasonal operation, customers choose a 1, 1 1/2 or 2 lb. live lobster to be steamed and served with potato salad, corn on the cob and strawberry shortcake.
