Pakistan army officer tries to hide the truth about Tehrik e Taliban Pakistan

Here is an injured Pakistan Army soldier lying in the hospital. A lady interviewing him asks why TTP hate Army so much. He replies that it is because of Pakistan's foreign policy towards US. At this point 0:14 an army officer interrupts them asking the lady to delete this part. Why would he do that?

The soldier's account can be verified by the following:
- Saleem Shahzad: Inside Al Qaida and Taliban (2011) Pages 4, 5 and 11.

This book provides evidence for:
- Mehsud tribes being pro-establishment before 2002.
- Pakistan Army having a truce with Mujahideen between 2001 and 2002.
- Army yielding to US pressure and breaking the truce in 2002 (Azam Warsak, Angoor Adda etc)
- Mujahideen retaliation because of this.
(TTP was only formed in 2008 but it is a conglomeration of most of the different groups)

How is allying with Non-Muslims against Muslims impermissible in Islam and what is the ruling on those who do so?
