The State Duma has called on Lithuania to reconsider its policy towards Russia. The Duma deputies have expressed their concern over reports about Lithuania's possible participation in a U.S. anti-missile shield for Eastern Europe. They also spoke of their "bewilderment" at the Lithuanian law which equates the USSR's actions in World War II with the crimes of Nazi Germany.
