NATO's actions in Libya will be investigated for alleged war crimes by the International Criminal Court in the Hague. According to the Libyan health Department, NATO airstrikes killed over a thousand civilians. The international court will assess the actions of all sides during the conflict. Meanwhile as the new leaders appear to tend more to Sharia law then democracy - the West might be disappointed with the results of its intervention. Michael Scheuer, a former CIA intelligence officer, says chaos and civil order is an inevitable consequence.
