Wrist Exercises

This small video is one of a series of videos explaining exercises without equipment to do at home, like forearm exercises, and the benefits.

Lack of fitness, diseases and injuries can set us back; also make us prefer to back off trying because we don't know how to feel better. Strengthening your health and wellbeing is always attainable, no matter what your age is or your degree of ability!

A healthy body requires muscles, ligaments, joints and nerves working together in harmony. This balance can be quickly upset by disease, injury or more typically a lack of normal fitness.

By utilizing wrist exercises at home you can find out ways to treat these conditions by correcting and improving your body's capacity to heal itself through strategies like:

Mobilization and Manipulation of Joints
Guidance on posture
Structured exercises
Persistence
And most importantly - a "can do" attitude

Working out home exercises without equipment, like forearm exercises, only requires common sense and your ability to listen to your body. By complying with these simple guidelines, you will enable your body to heal itself without causing any further injury.

Listen to your body
Be patient
Believe in yourself

That is all it requires to implement the following three stages to attain great results with your wrist exercises:

1) Mobility (Essential)
Use exercises at this level to gently encourage and enhance movement of the joint (s).

2) Flexibility (Intermediate)
These exercises will require you to hold a stretch for a specific amount of minutes while gradually increasing the time.

3) Strength and Stability (Advanced)
Back muscle and ab exercises without equipment will strengthen your core to protect your internal organs and sustain a healthy posture.

Home exercises without equipment only require:

Small hand weights 250g to 500g (2x 440g cans will do!)
Elastic exercise bands such as Cliniband or Theraband (available from a Sports shop or a Physiotherapist)
A rolled bath towel
A broomstick or walking stick

wrist exercises at home, like forearm exercises, are a hands-on method to improving your body's capacity to heal itself.

Do you want to enjoy the rewards of wrist exercises minus the expense and excessive additional exertion offered by traditional equipment?
