I 'am sorry but drunk driving is murder specially when you were sober and made that decision to drive to and from a bar when you were still sober. The people that saw fit knowing that you were drunk and driving are also guilty of murder. It does not matter if you knew the victim or not. You have used your vehicle as a weapon.
