Scenes from the first CityCamp Honolulu held Dec. 3, 2011. CityCamp is unconference focused on innovation for municipal governments and community organizations, and they have been held in 19 other cities around the world. The Honolulu event drew nearly 150 people, including both city and state government officials and employees, as well as local programmers, designers, artists, and activists. CityCamp Honolulu served as a prelude to next year's Code For America engagement, and the next event will be a "hackathon" in January to further develop the ideas we've explored.
