Ever waste time trying to figure out the forecast for the next day so you can plan out what to wear? Well now there’s an app for that. An application designed for smart phones that helps users pick an outfit to wear, now has a weather-based component. Cloth, a fashion based app, has added a feature that records what you wear on any given day, while also recording the temperature and weather conditions on that day to help you decide what outfit to wear on days with a similar temperature. Cloth is a free app, but working in conjunction with weather forecasting website Wunderground, it costs one dollar to add the weather feature.
“The app’s been incredibly useful since New York’s weather has been so topsy turvy lately,” the app’s co-creator Seth Porges told Wired magazine. Porges created the app after watching her girlfriend take pictures of herself in different outfits, and save them to her iPhone.
