Frank Matthews was America's biggest drug kingpin in the late 60's and early 1970's, supplying dealers from New York to Atlanta, Miami, Baltimore, and North Carolina. He was the only black gangster to deal directly with the French Connection to obtain heroin. After being indicted, he disappeared with 15 million dollars, equivalent to 90 million in today's money. Despite one of the largest manhunts in US history, Matthews has never been seen again. Check out more at: FrankMatthewsMovie.com
