Number 5 - Steven Richard King was taken into police custody after attempting to rob a Bank of America branch unarmed. He tried to use his finger and thumb to mimic a gun, but forgot to leave his hand in his pocket!
Number 4 - CNN covered the report in which an individual tried to rob a deli in Arkansas using hot dog tongs. Not surprisingly, he wasn't taken seriously.
