Being the owner & webmaster of several websites, and several of my clients I was caught unaware of the new eu cookie law.
After investigating for myself, soon like most other website owners found the requirements confusing to say the least. The requirements were very vague, and the wording of the guidance is still vague enough to leave many website owners and developers confused about how to comply with the law.
Like so many Eu directives, they are I’m sure thought up by Bureaucrats who have no real understanding of the full implications when deciding ill thought out laws.
