The World Press Cartoon competition prizes have been awarded in Sintra, in Portugal. The subjects tackled included the Fukushima disaster. This year for the first time, the judges were unable to choose an outright winner. So the 20,000 euro first prize was split between two cartoonists. Egil from Norway and Ares from Cuba.
