The sequel to the original Virtual City, Virtual City 2 is a complex simulator that gives you a bird's eye view of a town and the power to change it. Infrastructure, transportation, economics, entertainment...it's all in your hands, and quite literally, as you play by touching the screen. The crazy thing about Virtual City 2 is the level of detail involved. You also have to manage the city's overall health, so to speak. So the environmental rating, the population, the tourists, the mood of your citizens...all are things your actions will affect, and you have to be cognizant of each of them.
