Arab foreign ministers are meeting as the Arab League looks to add its backing to the six-point UN peace plan for Syria.
Despite the League's divisions the Arab nations are formulating a common position, calling for a dialogue between the Syrian regime and the opposition, even if Damascus says it will not listen to anything the Arab league says.
