Like my Popular Amtrak 49 & 235, it does happen on the Northeast corridor. First, train 165 to Washington passes by, then the signals go back to green about 10 minutes when Acela Express 2257 rips though right behind 165 to Washington as well. Both trains orginate in Boston.
