UN inspectors return from Iran empty-handed

The United Nations' nuclear watchdog says talks with Iran have failed over its disputed atomic activities.
Inspectors from the International Atomic Energy Agency have returned to Vienna saying that after two days of negotiations they were unable to get permission to visit a key military site. They suspect it is being used as a test centre for nuclear weapons.
