Siege city Misrata in first Libya poll in 40 years

Residents cast their ballots at a polling station in Misrata on Monday to vote in city's municipal council elections. The battle-scarred town was besieged for several months by Moamer Kadhafi's forces and saw some of the fiercest fighting of the conflict last year.
