"Russian Samovar" restaurant

I think that Russian cuisine is really underated nowadays.And it shouldn't be associated only with caviar and vodka-it is much more diverse and creative than many people believe. The last night dinner in Russian Samovar was delicious, and, most importantly, lots of fun. While i was only observing,there was lots of music (Russian chansons), laughter and even dance.According to Roman Kaplan , the owner (?) of the restaurant,"The spirit of Russian Samovaris ZASTOLYE-lengthy jouyous meals with lots of conversation and frequent tosts".. The food and the service was excellent.
