TV-Tokyo has started something called a "data broadcast." During episodes of Best Wishes, you are able to battle against a pokemon using your TV remote. If the pokemon you choose at the beginning of the show attacks with a move that's super effective, you win the match and are able to "get" your opponent. The captured pokemon is then added to your Pokemon Zukan and will presumably be made available for you to use in future battles.
