Last November 26, 2011, Sophia Angelique Chua of Gr. 6- Generosity won First place in the elementary division of the badminton provincial meet sponsored by the Rizal Private School Association (RIPRISA) held at the Aerodome badminton court in Rizal. Sophia fought her way to the championships beating representatives from Binagonan, Rizal and Rodriguez. This is her first time competing in a tournament yet she represented the school with pride and confidence. She became the champion with a overwhelming score of 21-11 against her opponent from San Mateo, Rizal. Her win opened a big opportunity for her in the field of badminton. She will soon be competing in invitational games and regional competitions. Congratulations Sophia for a spectacular performance!
