A young man pays one last visit, as a tribute, to the home of his forefathers, from which he must be separated. There, in a dream like manner, full of nostalgy, he meets the ghosts of the past splendour of this townhouse, before encountering death itsel... The baroque atmosphere of the place corresponds to that of the music.
