Martian rocket end up at the bottom of the river after Allington Bridge that it was transported through collapse due the rocket’s weight and active the rocket’s automatic countdown. If the rocket blast off, the water leaking into the engine would cause an overload and explode. Brain manage to get into Allington Bridge command tower and lead International Rescue’s operation into saving the lives of the pilot inside as conventional rescue from the Allington dock fail to get the astronauts out.
