And I can show you how, it is very simple. There is lots of different ways of making guacamole. And for me, I just like to mash it up, little lemon juice, a little garlic salt, some fresh French bread, delicious. I am going to put this in a bowl, and then we are going to mash this up, squeeze some lemon in here, I get a little garlic salt, give a little sprinkle of that, I have piece of French bread, nice and light, and take the gucamole, put a little bit on there. Now with the guacamole, I see some people take this and replace it back in here thinking it is going to keep it from turning brown. If that is how you like it, that is great. What I was taught it is the air that gets to the guacamole that turns it brown. I take a little cling wrap, Glad wrap, plastic wrap and make sure you lay it down over the top and get all the air out. And that way no air will get in and it will not turn brown. And that is how I would use my avocado.
