Twelve baby pandas were shown to the public for the first time on Wednesday, at the Chengdu Giant Panda Breeding and Research Center. Many fans of the adorable cubs waited to get a look.

On Wednesday, in China's Sichuan Province, a dozen newborn panda cubs were brought out for the public to see for the first time.

They were greeted by tens of thousands of fans who waited to see the newborns at the Chengdu Giant Panda Breeding and Research Center.

Attendants have been hard at work caring for, taking temperatures and weighing the baby pandas since they were born. Of the 12 babies, there are four pairs of twins.

Including these 12 newborns, the center is now home to a total of 108 giant pandas, making it one of the most successful panda breeding centers.
