Straddle Back on the Rope - part of the women's fitness video series by GeoBeats. Hi, I am Rachel Segman and this is Randy. Randy is going to be demonstrating a straddle back on the rope, which can also be done on the tissue or silks which you can see behind me, the fabric. So he puts his hands close together one on top of the other, right hand on top if the ropes hit the right side and then he lifts his legs slowly into the air and opens them up. And you can see his position when he is finished. Ok you wanna hollow your body like that. Good. And then he is gonna lower down slowly. And then he is gonna do another one. Straddle and let us turn him around so you can see the finished position bring your legs down more towards your nose point toes pointed very good and lower down slowly. And that is a straddle back on the rope. You can learn this at your local circus or aerial acrobatic center.
