A tribute to the memory and indomitable spirit of my father who passed away on August 21st, 2011. Like all sons and daughters, I thought he was going to live forever but unfortunately a lifelong battle with congestive heart failure said otherwise. This piece shows his experiences in life, work and war. He was a fighter up until the last painful breathe but he never gave up loving us nor we him.
