After pursuing a career in producing short speculative video projects with some friends in high school during the end of the 1970's, I decided that I would attempt to make a documentary that would explore the legitimacy of fine art. Using borrowed video equipment, financing out of my own pocket and any time that all of my friends could provide, I struck a bargain with the Lakeside Group to videotape at the 1982 Chicago Navy Pier Art Show. I created this promo and tried to find additional funding but there was no interest from the Chicago gallery community and over the years the footage was lost. All that remains of this effort is this trailer.
