RELIABLE!!! Cbeyond appears to be reliable, but particularly seems to have better control of wholesale delivery to job site than others for T1. Keeping the control of communications customer accessible is a real plus.
WE HAVEN'T HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH IT GOING DOWN!! We very happy with our Cbeyond service. In fact, we've recommended it to friends of ours that have their own businesses. It was important for our business to get a real T1 line instead of DSL. We haven't had any problems with it going down. A lot better than what I can say about our old DSL from AT&T/SBC. Its faster, too. We even moved our email, website, and cell phones over to them.
