GOSSELIN LAW, LISA SMITH, COO (BOSTON) - Part II So when I did sign up for virtual receptionist I was originally afraid the product was going to be as difficult as our current automated system. But it was very user friendly. I set it up in probably less than an hour by myself. The customer service was great. We had a lot of trouble switching over our providers. There were some phone numbers that were initially lost. But Cbeyond very quickly found out where they were and got them ported over so we never lost a call.
